Memory and Aging within the Black Community.

We are looking for people of Black descent living with and or caring for someone with Dementia in the Greater Toronto or Greater Toronto Hamilton communities to share their experiences on quality of life living with Dementia. Your participation would involve a completion of a short eligibility questionaire, completion of a demographic form through phone or video call ( 5 minutes ) , and one 1 hour long interview on zoom or in person.

Your time, commitment and experiences would be valuable to the research in the quality of life for careers and Caregivers in the Black community. Participation is voluntary and no consequences should one decide to withdraw from study.

Your experiences in Caregiving may contribute to improving the quality or level of care received within Black communities towards individuals with Dementia.
