Silver Wizard Tech Support Clinics provide an easy, free and welcoming way for older adults in your community to get personalized technology help. Our drop-in clinics bring a tech specialist directly to your community for an interactive session where residents can ask questions and receive personalized 1-on-1 support with their smartphones, tablets, computers and other devices. We’re currently looking to partner with retirement residences, condominiums, community centres, libraries and organizations serving older adults across the GTA. Clinics can be customized to suit your community and typically run for 1–3 hours. There is no cost to host events and no technology expertise is required from your staff or volunteers. For keynote presentations, we require a large video display or projector + screen.
